No account required
Chioma SmartPlan does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number. You can start creating floor plans immediately without any registration.
Free to use
Chioma SmartPlan is free to use. There is no subscription, no paywall, and no billing. You will not be asked for payment information.
Local storage
Your projects are saved automatically in your browser's local storage on the device you are using. We do not store your projects on our servers. This means your projects live only on the device and browser you created them on, and they will not sync across devices or browsers. Clearing your browser data will remove your saved projects.
Images you upload
When you upload a floor-plan image, it is sent to our AI service to generate your drawings and renderings. We do not retain, share, or use your uploaded images for any purpose other than generating the plan you requested. Uploaded images are processed in real time and are not stored permanently.
AI processing
Chioma SmartPlan uses AI services to generate floor plans, room schedules, and interior renderings based on your text briefs or uploaded images. The inputs you provide are processed by the AI to produce the outputs. We do not use your inputs to train AI models without your consent.
No tracking or analytics
We do not use third-party tracking cookies or analytics tools to monitor your behavior across the web. Any error reporting is limited to technical issues within the app and does not include personal data.
Cookies
Chioma SmartPlan does not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes. Any cookies used are strictly functional and necessary for the app to work correctly in your browser.
Third-party services
We use AI providers to generate plans and images. Your inputs are sent to these providers solely for the purpose of generating your requested outputs. We select providers that maintain appropriate data handling practices.
Data security
Because your projects are stored locally in your browser, their security depends on your device's security. We recommend keeping your device and browser up to date. Communication with our AI services is encrypted using standard HTTPS protocols.
Children's privacy
Chioma SmartPlan is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used Chioma SmartPlan, please contact us.
